Yes, I'm going for AYG. Nothing's wrong with me, I'm fit to go, ok? ;)

Latest News:

Singaporean/Cedarian Wu Qin Yu Melissa just won a Bronze medal for her AYG Girls' Long Jump event!

Congrats! You did Singapore and Cedar Girls' Sec Sch proud! :DDD
I just realised that I have 2 things not yet mentioned here.
1) Guides Carnival!
2) AYG Briefing

I shall start with Guides Carnival! It was okay, I guess, quite fun. :) We went there so early! Had a mini patrol outing. :) Haha. By the time it was 9 plus, the HQ was already so crowded! At around 10 plus, it was so crowded and squeezy that there was some kind of human traffic jam! How irritating! Sometimes, in such situations, you really have to push people. I'm sorry, but you know, just a gentle push/nudge. Cos it's not moving! The hall was super crowded. Bleh. :(
Our stalls did good! For the first hour or so, it was mostly Cedarians that played. Haha, but later since there's more people, others also played too. It's a very simple game. Easy to win prizes too!
Ended the event by going Bishan Library with Carin and Celest. Oh man, I must really go to the library with Carin! She's like some expert in books! I bet she's read at least a hundred of book this year already ok? Haha. She recommended a lot of books for me to read, but given my reading ability, I borrowed only 2 books among her list of recommendations!

Okok, AYG Briefing was basically nothing much. So boring! I mean, we weren't briefed of what my group was supposed to do! But we took quite a few pictures! Hahaha.

I'll be having the duty tomorrow! OH I'M SO EXCITED! :DDD

Can you imagine how one month passes so fast?

No, I'm not talking about how fast the holiday is ending, but just a month ago, I was having a very nice dinner in 'da pai (sthg)' with Zhang Qi, her parents, Sisi and her cousin! AHHHHH! In CHINA!

CHINA<3

Yeah, I was telling Xin Yu two days ago what was happening a month ago at that moment. We were still in Shijiazhuang Foreign Language School listening to their so-chim-and-notunderstandable Physics class! :O
The self-intro! She made a fool of herself! Hahaha.

When ppl ask me, 'how was the China trip?', I don't exactly know what to say. I'll just say, fun/very fun/interesting? I mean, I myself know how much I enjoyed it. Hmm, maybe it's too complicated to put it in words?

Now back to the reality. Yep, I know that tmr school is reopening. After a week of intense decision about whether schools should remain closed cos of the H1N1 situation, it's finally decided that students should just go back to school. Yes, I agree with that! Hurhur, even though most ppl do not want to go back to school.

School's fun except for the work and exams! Hahaha.

I wish myself a very good start for the new term! :D

Oh yes, 2 more to go!

2 more!

I'm gonna start counting down to my birthday soon. Haha! :)

Ohh, refreshing my links list is sooo tiring!

Anyway I'm proud to say that I finished 2 homework this morning! Hahaha.
Now let's see, how many do I have left?
...
Hmm, should be little enough to finish before school starts! :)

Hoho, went out with Sabby yesterday. :) We went to 4 shopping malls in just one afternoon! Accomplished!
We encountered many funneh things along the way. Haha, the man in the MRT, the lift door in Taka, OOH! The soft toy in BHG! Hahahah.
I wanted to buy the t-shirt! But I think I have many already. =.=

I hate the H1N1! It's going to affect our lives sooner or later. 100+ cases already! :(

Hoho, I'm so glad that this laptop has taken 'good turn'!
Hah, what am I saying. It's just that it can upload photos much, much faster than what happened last time.
Phew. Finally done with the China photos!

Is there really a need to extend the holidays? I don't think I'm in for it. Haha, yes, who doesn't want to skip school? But I think this flu is going to worsen and it'll still be in the air for who-knows-how-long. So why not just let school carry on as per usual?

Anyway I think I really need to go back to school. Haha, didn't think that I'll be saying this, but yes, I miss school!
Even though I'll be busy most of the time, at least I can occupy myself with sthg. And see my classmates and friends again! :)

Guides Carnival up next!

Fifth/Last Day

Whoops, so shaky!

Fourth Day

First Day

Oh gosh, the kids are so cute! I really had a fun time for the past 5 days at Radiance Student Care Centre with the kids, teachers and my friends! I think I'm gonna go back there during the Dec hols. :)

Hmm I'll probably miss Serangoon MRT station too! xD

Chaotic.

Hilarious.

Embarrassing.

Eye-opener.

Challenging.

It was so... unbelieveable!
The kids!
The teachers!
The station masters!

The students today were going to Bishan Library. And they went there through MRT?! MRT?! Can you imagine? Almost 40 primary school kids taking MRT, with only 3 teachers? Luckily the 7 of us were there to help out.
There was a girl that has a phobia of going through the tapping machine, cos she's afraid of the gutters (or sthg like those). So we spent some time cooling her down and telling her that it's ok and all that.
Then just nice, the train came. The Upper Pri boys just started dashing in to the carriages without the instructions of the teachers! It was chaotic! Then some people say 'come out, come out!' while students still remained inside. Then me and some of us just ran in, in case we were really split into 2 groups.
I rmb that one boy was running anxiously in and out of the train! HAHAHA. Oh gosh, that scene was hilarious!
Yeah, in the end it was okay. Everyone was safe. Even though some other things happened, shan't go into detail.
It was just a very, very interesting and good experience.
THAT I'LL NEVER FORGET!

OH yeah. So today was our last day with them. We bade goodbye at the bus interchange! Hahaha. I think the younger kids don't know that we won't be going back anymore. Hah, I think after a week, they will forget our existence. :(
But anyway, the 7 of us did have a lot of fun with them. :) And we will not forget them!

Which means... OUR HISTORY AND IPW PROJECT IS OVERRR! :DDD
