CEDAR EXPRESS YOURSELF DAY!
Fun. (: But sad at the same time. Mixed of emotions. Really. Excited, anxious, sad, anxious again. Bleh. I have no time to elaborate. Maybe on the weekend.
AHH THANKFULLY THE WEEKEND IS HERE! I've been so busy preparing this and that. 3 important events happened this week:
1. Chinese Oral (Tues)
2. My 14th birthday! (Thurs)
3. CEYD (Fri, today)
I'm glad that we're done with CEYD! However things like the judging and results will still be required work to do.

MY FOURTEENTH BIRTHDAY!

Today was fine. 2I and 1C sang birthday song for me. Was really surprised that 1C remembers my birthday! Hahaha! Ok, received some presents. :) Thanks people!
I'm sad to say that I have no time to express my gratitude now, cos I'm really busy with CEYD.
CEYD IS TOMORROW! Can you believe it? Oh wow, I'm excited yet anxious yet sad at the same time. Oh well, wish me good luck tmr! :)

When you look me in the eyes... I like the instrumental one. It's more peaceful and soothing... Haha.
Tomorrow. It's just tmr! So soon! I really don't expect my birthday to be so soon. Somehow I don't have that 'the-day-I've-been-waiting-for' kinda feeling. I mean, I don't need my birthday to come so soon, I can still wait, until September or...? Haha but I still love the feeling when it's my birthday. (:
NDP rehearsal was ok, sort of less tiring, I guess because I'm already 'used to' the durations and the heat. Yes, yes, speaking of the heat, today was terrible! The sun was scorching mercilessly on the ground! Hahaha! Yeah, it was a strong afternoon sun, but not strong enough to make me tanned. xD
There's Guides on Friday. Hmm, I actually hoped there isn't, frankly speaking, cos it's CEYD! CEDAR EXPRESS YOURSELF DAY! I'M THE I/C! HAHAHA. Then because it's one day after my birthday, I thought I could, you know, go out? Haha, and someone's leaving... :( But no choice, CCA is a must, so I'll just go out another time.

This is so not good.
I knew from the start that we would have to rush everything out in the last week. Oh well, I know, actually there are some parts where we could have solved it last week or 2 weeks before.
Sigh. I hate to be busy. Ahh, who likes to be busy?
Today's Chinese oral was fine. I wouldn't say I did well, of course, just that I thought both the topic and passage was easier than expected. I was very nervous, with butterfiles in my tummy for almost the whole day, especially during the waiting time. Haha. I'm just very glad and relieved that it's over. :) We'll most probably be receiving our marks for oral tmr. Hmm, very curious to know how much I'll get. But I don't expect high/very high. We'll see. :) Anyway, it's over! So let's not dwell on it so much. One less thing to worry over. :)

I doubt we'll be having any proper lesson. Ok, maybe the first 2 will, but the rest is definitely burnt! And I don't want that! I want to study with the class. I don't want to miss any lessons. And I want more time with the class so that I can, you know, savour the special day! Haha, ok, that sounded weird. =.=

Now I think that the blogskin is getting irritating... I can't even see the nice image on my Internet ok? It's so sad. Thinking whether I should change into another one...
Chinese oral tomorrow. I'm so, so nervous man. Just now I stayed back in school for an hour to practise with Xin Yu and Jeslyn. Haha most of the time we were the only ones in the classroom and we even set up the tables and chairs neatly, facing each other, even the candidate has to 'walk in to the classroom' and 'greet the examiners'! LOL! We were just being bored. But I feel that the practice sort of helped. At least I got to practise 3 times, in the proper manner, and the 'correct' format. Feel much better than this morning now.
But actually, I'm still quite nervous! I hope I get a good examiner. I kinda don't want and want Mdm Goh to test me... But I also don't want Mr Hou to test me!
OHHH! I just found the 20+ pages notes on the Chinese oral on the LMS! Whoa, took me 2/3 days to find it! It was 'hidden' at the 'others' folder! Shouldn't it be at the Mother Tongue? Boo.
I must jiayou for oral tmr! Wish me good luck! (:

I wanted to jog just now... I really wanted to. It was the perfect time. The perfect weather. Sigh. In the end, time was running out, so I thought I would just cycle. But I didn't cycle too. Sigh. Tmr we're having project, so won't have the time to go downstairs. Monday...? I don't know man. Just don't wanna be cooped up here. The whole day. Well, not really the whole day. At least I went to school in the morning, but school was seriously quiet and eerie. Today just seemed very dull and uneventful.

Stressing me out! What's there more to do?
Fine. I realised I haven't mentioned about IPW and History presentation. I think our grouped rocked the class! Haha. For the IPW PPT, I was the one that prepared everything! :D And I'm really glad that all efforts paid off. I could see that Ms Ng was sort of nodding her head, when we spoke, and when we revealed what was more to come.
History was the most hilarious. I couldn't imagine myself acting as Jane Joplin, being screened in front of the whole class. But I guess it was reality. Haha. Luckily no one really laughed at me. :) Laughed most at Jeslyn, as usual. Ms Ng was laughing too! :D Good sign. ;D Apparently, she said that the Chinese merchant flashback was good! Yay, my house you know?
Yeah, the whole class was bursting out in laughter. And our group too. :)
Three cheers for our History and IPW group! Our efforts really paid off. Well done, group. :D

I changed my blogskin again. Yes, cos I saw a better one. However now, in my Internet Explorer, I can't view the image! That's so sad... I wonder whether you guys could see or not...
I know I've not been updating as often as I did, but never mind right? Once a week also can. I've been controlling myself in terms of the virtual exploration. Haha. What am I talking? As for Facebook, it's been 15 days... Yup, 15 days. I actually wanted to go yesterday, to make it perfect 14 days, 2 weeks. Hah, but internet connection was down yesterday. Oh well, it's ok. I can go on the weekend.
NDP combined rehearsal just now. Woah, so tiring! My heels are aching, not much of my shoulders. I was so glad that I found a seat in the bus just now! It's really coming very soon, National Day... 2 more weeks! Must work harder!
Today is Jeslyn's birthday! Hahaha. Xin Yu bought a small cake for her. :) Sang the BD song during recess. Shocked her. Haha. I think she knows and appreciates our efforts! xD

Hello everyone!
You are reading the blog of someone who hasn't gone on Facebook for 9 days! Wow, isn't that just so great? Haha, no, I'm not being sacarstic, neither am I kidding. I really haven't gone on FB for 9 days! I'm glad because this shows that I have control over my 'virtual explorations'. AND I HAVE SELF-CONTROL! Haha!
Yeah, Jing Wen and Sabrina are trying to tempt me to log in. But I told myself that the most that I'll 'give way' is until I reach 10 days. Yes, 10 days! Perfect 10. :)
CEYD! AHHH! It's just so cool. We still don't know whether 2I wants a class theme or not. I think most of them doesn't want... But I personally think that if we have a class theme then it's more... fun! United? Haha, that I don't know. I thought of maybe we could all wear something off the same identity, need not be the colour, or a specific theme, but maybe everyone of us wears the same type of accessories. Hmm, but that'll be quite tough cos not all will want.
Should we just forget having a class theme? Sigh.
I realised that since I'm the organising committee, I will have very little time with my class, and 1C, whom I think the whole class is taking part. They'd better be! I spent quite some time convincing 1I last year, and I really didn't regret anything. It was such a fun day! Ok, anyway, I want to spend more time with my classmates and schoolmates, since it's a 1-in-365-days-chance to be wearing home clothes to school. Yeah, will take lots of pictures, like during AYG! Hahaha.
Enough about CEYD. I just have to talk about Malay Oral. I know it's depressing, but yeah, it's a reality. I passed, thankfully. (I can't imagine what will happen if I fail.) For a moment while having the oral, I really thought that I was going to fail. I mean, my mind suddenly went blank. Completely. And I couldn't formulate anything to say. I was stumped. I kept staring up and ahead, thinking of how I should reply Cikgu's question. It was seriously almost a torture. Then Cikgu was looking at me like, 'Is this really Rachel?' Or sthg like that, cos I fumbled a lot. Mind blank. That's how it goes. Yes, it's sad. Shocking too. But I'll move on. Hopefully my written test will pull my overall marks up.
Btw, how is this blogskin? Haha, I've found this blogskin almost 2 months ago, and ever since then I've sort of been lazy to change it. After seeing Wei Ting change her blogskin (a number of times), I decided it was time for me to change too. (:

I was quite excited to be organsing this event cos at least what I'm organising is a fun thing, not something more serious like National Day, Induction etc. At the moment there isn't much of a problem, but I'm sure there'll be more work to be done in the coming days.
Ohhh! CEYD is on 31 July! One day after my birthday! Haha, how cool is that? ;D

Oh, I love watching the AYG, especially swimming!
Singapore just delivered 3 medals, 1 GOLD, 1 SILVER and 1 BRONZE! :DDD
