Help! I'm so scared now after watching the Geog video about the volcano. Haha. I think Singapore's very lucky to have no natural disasters if not we'll be like the ppl in the volcano video.

It's E-Learning starting from today till Friday. It's a good thing we don't need to go to school but there's a lot of online assignments! And boy, they are not easy, ok? Today's only the first day and I've only completed Maths, a bit of English and Geog. I still have History, Chinese and the rest of English, which is A LOT! I'm already tired of staring at the computer for hours. It's so boring having to face the computer for three days!

I finally created a tagboard, btw. I know I should have created one long time ago but I didn't have time. So feel free to go and tag now! :)

Man, my friend said that my blog is very boring and childish. I'm not surprised at all cos I really don't know how to make my blog more interesting. You want me to post photos? Nah, I think that's not my 'thing'. Ha, maybe I can consider posting photos next time, like photos of sthg else. :) She also commented that my blog is all about school life except for a topic that I always talk about, which is very obvious.

Since my blog is very 'school-based', I shall talk about something else this time. Hmmm... I really don't know what to talk about besides school life. =.=

Let me just talk more about my induction camp. Oh man, induction camp was really very fun! Although my classmates just thought it was average, I found it exciting. I just love camps. You get to stay overnight with your friends, bond and interact with one another more. There will also be fun games like Amazing Race, Wide Game and so on. It's a time when your teamwork is put to the test too. Off all the three camps that I've been in my whole life, all of them are enjoyable. :) Wonder when's the next one... haha.

The March hols are coming soon. Are you excited? Most of you are, and not forgetting me! I've been trying to contact my primary school friends and see whether they are free to meet up during the hols. I miss all of them! Wonder how're they doing in their new school...

At last, at last! All the common tests are over! YIPEEE! I can finally relax and do the things that i want to do! However, I have Timed Assignments on week 10. English and Chinese. But at least I have time to relax for a while. Been busy studying for weeks and no time to 'relax'.

Science test was ok. Again not as difficult as what I had imagined it to be. But there was this surprise Maths test on Friday and it was sooo difficult! I think I'm gonna fail. Although I completed all five questions, I didn't know about three questions! Luckily it's only a 'minor' test, not some kinda major exam.

I went for my Sec 1 Induction Camp on Friday and Saturday (yesterday) in school. Although it's only a one-night-stay camp, I enjoyed it a lot! We played a lot of games like Amazing Race, which is obviously my favourite, and Ice Breakers. Hey, but the 'best' thing was that we got to sleep in the Aesthetics Studio with AIR-CON! Haha, but it was EXTREMELY COLD in there cos I slept under a fan which was at full speed! I was practically shivering! It was also very thrilling at night cos the whole school was very dark and when I went around with my friends, we were walking close together and 'screamed' whenever we hear something. But I didn't scream, though. Hehe, it was very enjoyable. By the way, this camp is for the Sec 1 GG. Enjoyed lots. :)

Oh man, Lit. test today was SO DIFFICULT! Plus I had a stomachache in the middle of the test! Oh no, I'm surely gonna fail this test. Really, I'm not kidding! It's upon 25 marks and I have to score 12 and a half to pass. How difficult is that?

Sunday, February 17, 2008

Hey ppl, what to study for Lit. test? Oh, I only know we have to analyse the poem and see what poetic devices the author uses. What else? I don't know what to study already. Aiyo, I've been busy for these two to three weeks. I don't even have time to read a proper storybook for a book review that we have to do on week 9. Gosh, and then there's the IPW. My group is not moving anywhere! Actually we've already decided on the topic. But now my groupmate is telling me that another topic is easier! ARHHH! Ok, don't worry, I'm not stressed out. :) I don't know what to do now. LET'S JUST DROP THIS TOPIC, OK?

Ok, gotta study for Lit. now. Remember to read the rest of my blog! (As in, from the bottom.) :D

YES, YES, YES! I'm so happy! The Singapore team, Adrian and Collin won The Amazing Race Asia 2! They were so great especially during the last task. Adrian did it so perfectly that they went to the pit stop first! YAY! I'm so elated that the Singapore team won TARA2. It's really a great achievement. They have brought fame and glory to Singapore! What's more, they win US$100,000! WoW, I hope if I really participate in TARA next time, I can be like them! haha. Fantastic job, Adrian and Collin!

Today's Total Defence Day. There was fire drill in school. Oh no, the teacher sort of scolded me and my friend because we didn't 'control' the class well. I feel so angry. It's not my fault. The class just went to the library to collect their stuff then they went for assembly. Then why the teacher scold me? Wait, she didn't scold me. She just hinted that my friend and I didn't do a good job. :(

Oh great, it's Saturday tmr! I can sleep late! :) And of course, revising for the Lit. and Sci test on Tuesday and Friday respectively. Aiyo, how do I go and study Science? There are so many topics to revise! Headache, headache. hehe.

Ok, gtg. Update maybe tomorrow. :)

CNY is ok. I went to watch CJ7 yesterday. Oh my gosh. The show was very touching. But it's quite funny too. :D I recommend you to watch. :) Oh, and the CJ7 is very cute! Haha.

Yay, ok, now I come to TARA2! Hooray, Adrian and Collin got into the final three, which means they are just one step closer to winning the race and the US$100,000! Yay, I'm so happy you know? I feel so proud that the Singaporean team are so capable. :) Hopefully they don't disappoint Singapore and come home with the US$100,000! All the way, Adrian and Collin!

i am so, so sad. townsville lost to gan eng seng on monday. not fair! townsville worked so hard just to achieve good results for the year and now, they go home empty-handed. :( both the seniors and juniors didn't achieve anything this year you know? i'm so sad. don't tell me townsville is lousy by nature? or is it the other schools trained even harder than us? oh, i think tvps badminton team is very disappointed. i'm disappointed too. never mind, townsville, i believe you can do better next year. :)

tomorrow is CNY! yay, i'm so happy. i can go around eating the goodies and collect red packets! haha, i believe everybody loves collecting money. but i'm not really a money-minded person. i like CNY eve too. i get to stay up late, watch the countdown party and eat reunion dinner! yay, it's 6 pm now. we should be starting dinner in about 45 min time? maybe. i wish every reader a very HAPPY CHINESE NEW YEAR!

finally, my blog is created and most importantly, ready for viewing! the only thing is that i haven't include the tag yet. i don't really have much time though. it's the common test season now and i've got to study as well as get into the festive mood. but sometimes it's difficult to work and enjoy at the same time.

maths common test wasn't as difficult as what i had expected. but i definitely can't score full marks (of course)! anyway, i hope i'm consistent and fare well in the other subjects too. :)

Sunday, February 3, 2008

hey guys, i'm back again. :) you guys can finally read my blog yeah? but can you all read from the bottom? cos i mention quite a lot of stuff that you all may need to know in case i suddenly talk about it. haha.

no way, tmr is the first common test in my life in CGSS! i'm feeling very nervous about the maths common test tmr. although i did revise, i still kinda feel nervous, as if i haven't cover all the topics yet. my maths teacher, mr chan, said that the easiest question in the test is... arh! let me just rate it for you. the easiest question that he said would come out in the test is about 5 on the scale of 1 to 10, with 1 being the easiest and 10 being the most difficult. oh my goodness.

ok, gotta go. i'll update my blog tmr or whenever i have time. :)

Friday, February 1, 2008
