OH MY GOSH. FINALLY! I'm done with the LJ photos! Phew.

How shall I begin? Well, as usual, it was 'smashin fun', as quoted from Wei Ting's post! xD

Day 1
We boarded the bus at around 7, and on the way, all of us were so hyper and excited and took photos. I remember when we passed by the Singapore Flyer (it was just right beside us), everyone started snatching out their cams and handphones and squealing "Oooh! Singapore Flyer!" And I was laughing to myself! :)

After that we stopped at Yong Peng Lucky Garden to have some snacks. A lot of people went to stock up on snacks (crackers) to munch on the bus and also CUP NOODLES for supper! Haha. There was a souvenir shop and I wanted to buy sthg from there, but decided not to buy yet cos they might bring us to another one on the last day. SADLY, I was wrong!

During lunch, we went to this restaurant and when we heard the name of the restaurant from our tour guide, most of us were quite impressed by the name (Dragon sthg) and it sounds like a 'high-class' restaurant. Haha, the food is okay, not too bad. Took a lot of pictures in the meantime. :)

Then we sightseeing, and I especially enjoyed this part! Cos when we stopped at a bridge to take photos, we took a class photo! HAHAHA, that was the only class photo that we took throughout the trip.

Dinner was at a seafood restaurant. The scenery was nice, cos the sun was about to set. Then we went to the firefly tour. Oh, it had to be dark, of course and we had to keep very silent so as not to scare away the fireflies. When I was on the boat, I could only hear the swishing of the water and the occasional noises from the bushes! The fireflies looked very magical, just like a Christmas tree! (Of course, there's no colour.) However, it can get a bit boring after that. I try to 'treasure the moments' of seeing the fireflies, cos it's sort of a 'once-in-a-lifetime' opportunity!

Finally, we are returning back to our hotel room! And we checked-in at our hotel rooms at 10.30?! That was way beyond the time that we were supposed to check-in! The teachers said that 10pm would be lights out. I think nobody bothered about the lights out time... xD Jeslyn was the most excited person to check-in to our hotel room. She was bouncing up and down her seat in the bus! Yeah, I took a photo of the 'opening ceremony' of the hotel room conducted by her. But I don't wanna post it here! xD Surprisingly, the hotel room is nice! At least it's better than what I expected. The room is quite big, bigger than some hotel rooms that I stayed before. Oh, we went over to Alicia's room for a while cos it's her birthday, and tried to play Werewolf. However, it was getting quite late so I just returned back to my hotel room and slept.

Sabrina and Christy from Hong Kong!

The 2I Guides! :)

Celest and me! Orchid patrol uncompleted. xD

Hey Wei Ting, are you toasting to me? Cheers!

You Maisarah! Spoiled the picture that I originally wanted to take! But actually it turned out better like this! xD

Now this is a better picture of Mais! Oh, not to forget Carin also. :)

Me and Sarah. :)

The background is some kind of International Conference place, I think.

Ooh, this is the bridge that I like! :)

Hmm... What are you guys thinking...?

Wong Lei and Shirley.

Wei Lin, Evan and Sashimi!

Heheh, can you see the crab in the middle? xD

Beautiful sunset.

The hotel room!

Day 2
Rise and shine for a brand new day! :) The morning call was at 6.15. The hotel food wasn't very nice. Even though it was buffet, there were little choices. Oh well, can't expect much anyway. It's not like we're staying in some 5-star Singapore hotel.

We're off to the Forest Institute of Malaysia (FRIM). Attended a talk on the forest there. The presenter was quiet humorous, and cracked some interesting jokes along the way. Then we started trekking. At first the road was okay, a bit steep here and there, sthg like our Bukit Timah one. But as we walked further in, we had to climb up the steps already. Of course, the steps were not the wooden types, and it's made of stones, tree trunks and more slippery stones. And it was quite tiring. (Our guide walked so fast!)

After a trek up of 500+ metres, we finally reached our destination --- the canopy walk! We had to stand 2 planks away from the person in front of and behind you. Was quite excited, but not expecting too much of it. The view of KL was nice, just that it was a bit blur (not really hazy) so I couldn't see the Petronas Twin Tower. :( I purposely looked down to 'scare' myself, and it's not really that frightening, cos all you can see are trees are plants. If the bottom is concrete ground, then I would pnotice how high I was and probably feel a bit scared. xD Yeah, I know Alicia was quite afraid, and was screaming at Mais to walk faster! We were about 100m above sea level.

When everyone, including the teachers, have completed the walk, we trekked down and this time round, the journey is much tougher! The guide said it would be very easy, "no problem', I still can remember, but it turned out otherwise! The rocks and stones very slippery and difficult to walk down. Some steps were steep too. One or two of us fell down, unfortunately. :(

Once we reached back down, we were so exhausted! Plus the weather was warm too. It was then that I started worrying about LEECHES. That horrible, terrifying creature/insect! When it bites you, it sort of sucks your blood, and you won't even feel the pain! You'll only realise it when you feel sthg flowing down your arm/leg, and that is blood. The blood will just keep flowing and oozing out, yet you can't feel any pain. It's disgusting! A few of our classmates got bitten, and I was so paranoid about getting it that I kept spraying insect repellent! Hahaha! Thankfully, I did not get bitten by it. :)

Ate lunch at a cafeteria within the FRIM premises. After that we went sightseeing on wheels, which means not walking but staying in the coach to see. Saw a lot of commercial buildings and mosques. Following that was a visit to a chocolate boutique! Got to sample a few chocolates there, and there is a wide variety of chocolates, from Mango chocolates to Tongkat Ali chocolates! I bought 2 packs of normal chocolates, almond and assortment. My friends actually complained that the shop 'cheated their money and feelings' cos the paid quite a lot and yet the amount given is little. Hah, luckily I didn't spend a lot of money!

Heheh, the next stop is my favourite! Urban-trekking! Otherwise known as shopping. The best part is that we went to BERJAYA TIMES SQUARE! I was exhilarated when I knew that we were going there. I've been there before and there are 10 storeys of shops there! Ohhhh, The TARA 1 contestants went there on the first leg! :))) They had to abseil down from the highest floor to the ground floor. So cool right? Then I saw a fake clue box and an advertisement of TARA 1 there you know? I wanted to take a picture of it but didn't. =.= Nvm. The shopping centre changed quite a bit withinn 3 years. Heh, of course. We walked at the ground floor first, but should have started from the top floor! Cos there are more smaller boutiques there and the things are cheaper. Bought a shirt and jeans. The shirt is too big for me! :( Liked it very much, but turned out to be a bit bigger than my size. Nvm. :) A few of my friends had good buys, like Sabrina and Farah! Haha. Envy them. :)

Had dinner in a restaurant, and as usual, the food is about the same. -_- After that, we went back to our hotel room! This time round, it was much earlier than the previous night, and we had more time to play! HOWEVER, our plan of playing Werewolf was foiled! Well, sort of. Cos _____ was patrolling around the rooms, ensuring that we didn't go over to our friends' room for some late night party, as what some ppl call it. But the exciting part is that a few of us kept sneaking around the rooms, pretending to be like 007, avoiding the _____, and in turn had fun! But I didn't do that. Haha! Eventually, had our share of playing Werewolf! Glad to hear that Sabrina liked it. :)

Sashimi and Carin.

Nice photo! :)

Ho, how tall is this tree?

The panaromic view of KL, but it's a bit blur...

Sashimi ahead of me.

Jeslyn on the canopy walk.

Shirley on the canopy walk.

The steep hike down...

The waterfall. The water is so cold! It's potable, you know?

The long centipede.

What's going on at Table 4?

What's going on at Table 6?

My Petronas Twin Tower! Sad, it was blocked by the trees...

Day 3
A short day. Woke up at 6 then went downstairs for the breakfast. Headed to Sri Aman Girls' School. The students that hosted to us were Guides! Hahaha. Their uniform is green, and long-sleeved. They were very friendly! We learnt a line dance that is famous in Malaysia. The steps were a bit confusing initially, but I soon got the hang of it. It's nice! :) Then we had a walk around their school. Their school has fewer amenities than our current holding site! There are only 2 storeys in their school building. Made us realise how lucky we are! :)

Oooh, had a delicious lunch at their school! :)

We boarded the coach and set off back to Singapore. On the journey back, I lent Jeslyn my handphone and earpiece to listen to songs, and she started singing/humming the tune out loud! My goodness, and it was so hilarious! She was the only one making noise in the whole coach at that time, and it was extremely awkward! Xin Yu and I kept laughing. Hurhurhur.

Sadly, we didn't stop by at Yong Peng Lucky Garden again! I was so sad you know, cos I couldn't go and buy a souvenir! (I'm targetting to collect a souvenir each time I go overseas.) Instead, we stopped at a local products shop. Didn't buy anything.

Had a long wait at the Singapore Customs. I wasn't waiting to clear the immigrations, but was waiting in the bus for the rest of the class to clear. Waited for almost an hour! We wasted no time and started playing this hand/clapping game. Suddenly, everyone in the bus began to play the game also! Hahaha! The game is contagious! xD Finally when we reached school, everyone was tired, at the same time sad that the LJ is over. :( A few of us wanted to do Billy Banjar but I guess we splitted immediately when we alighted from the bus.

Heheh, the initial part of the game.

Friends forever!

Yoyo Wei Ting! You bought a new friend, Spongebob!
So I guess this is the end of my loooong LJ post!
I miss LJ. :(
